The product to be packed is filled in the Nylon barrier or multi layer film based pouch and placed in the vacuum chamber. Once the lid is closed the vacuum pump, which is inbuilt, the machine starts the process of vacuuming the total chamber in which the pouch filled with the product also gets vacuumed. The machines are provided with 2 inbuilt sealer, for higher productivity, options available in this machines are gas flushing, PLC based system, fully stainless construction, bellow type sealing or pneumatic sealing depending upon the product application and brick type packaging moulds, castor wheels etc.
